Execute a Cross-Page Move

You can drag paragraphs up and down. Try it with these paragraphs. Click, hold, drag, then drop.

Cool, right?

Note that when you rearrange paragraphs, it's an edit. If you're doing it on someone else's site that page forks to yours.

Now let's try something cool. Let's drag a paragraph to a different page. First, click the link below (and create a page if you don't already have a scratch page).

Now drag this paragraph over there. Drop it. Now drag it back.

You can do the same with the image on this page.

Cross-page moves are really useful while writing. If the page gets too long, create a few links in it and drag paragraphs to their new home on the created pages. It's a favorite festure of Federated Wiki, and once you use it for a bit you won't want to live without it on other platforms.
